Single wall corrugated pipe extrusion line
plastic single wall corrugated pipe production line meticulously developed by our company, through the gear drive module,water cooling in the water trough of the forming machine,the products are air-cooled,so that production of the bellows molding speed,uniform corrugated shape, smooth inside and outside the wall. The production speed is 8-30 meters per minute.
The core bar and mouth mould
new design,the core bar and mouth mould fit together,when change size,no lile the old design change the core bar and mouthe separately,it will be save more than 1h for the clean the waste material.

1.One mould with two or three different sizes. When change size just up and down move forming machine. No need to unmount and reinstall. So will save more than two hours.
