The Principle Of Plastic Spiral Corrugated Pipe Machine

The molten plastic is then passed through a corrugated pipe forming die to form a pipe with a periodic corrugated structure. Under the action of a speed reducer, a traction device gradually pulls the corrugated pipe out of the die, where it is cooled and shaped by a cooling device before finally reaching the winding device.
The product structure of the plastic spiral corrugated pipe machine mainly includes an extruder, speed reducer, traction device, corrugated pipe forming die, cooling device, and winding device. After the extruder melts the plastic, it is formed into a corrugated pipe shape through the die, solidified by the cooling device, and then pulled and wound into a tube by the traction device.
