Prestressed plastic corrugated pipe is made of HDPE, which is mainly used in post tensioned prestressed cement structure and hole forming of tie rod. It has the advantages of good sealing, no water and slurry leakage, high ring stiffness, small friction parameters, aging resistance, electric erosion resistance, good flexibility and elasticity, not easy to be chiseled by tamping rod and new connection mode, which makes construction connection more convenient. It is mainly used in highway and railway, Bridges, slopes, high-rise buildings and other long-span tensioning projects are under construction.
The machine inclued: SJ - 70/30 type single screw extruder, die head mold, forming machine, cutting machine, winder system or stacking machine.
Product material is PE, optimal pipe diameter range for Φ 40-250 mm Φ. Simple operation, good integrity, continuous and stable production, low noise, high efficiency, long service life.
The spiral corrugated pipe product has special spiral physical structure, the pipe material mechanical performance is good, the compressive strength, pipe buried under deformation, inner spiral uniform cable around the cooling efficiency and effectively protect the security of the cable.
