Acrylic is a convenient and transparent plastic similar to glass, but it has a characteristic that it is superior to glass in many ways. Common brands of high-end acryl include Polycast, luster and plexy glass. Acrylic has two basic types of extrusion and pass casting. Extrusion or "continuous casting" acrylic resin is manufactured in a cheaper manner and can be soft, scratch resistant and containing impurities. Honeycomb cast acrylic is high quality acrylic and the American honeycomb casting is ideal for the most demanding applications. Imported honeycomb cast acrylic is usually made with lower standards.

This line is suitable to produce tube the size from 1-12mm, 20-63mm, thickness wall from 0.8-1.5mm
Different pipe has different size,they are all can be customized.
This extrusion line is suitable for the production of nylon pipe less than 10mm.
The nylon hose produced is smooth and has high precision.
The cutting machine is controlled by servo motor to achieve fixed length cutting.
