Ensure Safety
Before performing any operations, ensure the equipment is safe and perform the following checks:
Check Power
Ensure the equipment's power cord is securely connected. If a damaged power cord is found, it must be replaced.
Check Equipment
Inspect the equipment's exterior and internal components for any visible wear or damage. If any broken parts are found, they must be replaced.
Check Support
Ensure the equipment's support structure and base are stable and secure.
Operating Procedures
Turn on the power switch and wait for the equipment to preheat.
Place the pre-made corrugated pipe into the equipment, adjust the equipment position to align it with the cutting tool, and ensure accurate length and angle.
Press the start button; the equipment will automatically complete the cutting process, producing a high-quality corrugated pipe.
After operation, turn off the power and clean the equipment.
