This production line mainly consists of a single-screw extruder, a multi-track traction machine, a chipless annular cutting device, and a servo motor control system. The single-screw extruder uses a rotating screw to transport raw materials from the hopper to the heating zone, where they are melted and plasticized at 180-220℃, and then extruded into a tubular shape through a die. The multi-track traction machine uses multiple sets of tracks to synchronously clamp the pipe, ensuring uniform traction and preventing pipe deformation. The chipless annular cutting device uses rotating blades that move synchronously with the pipe to achieve burr-free cutting and a clean cut. The servo motor control system uses a high-precision encoder to provide real-time position feedback, controlling the positioning accuracy to within 0.10mm to ensure consistent pipe dimensions.
HDPE production line equipment is extrusion machinery specifically designed for producing PVC, PP, PE, and other plastic pipes. Its core function is to use single-screw extrusion technology to heat and melt raw materials such as high-density polyethylene, uniformly extruding them into a tubular shape. After cooling, shaping, and cutting processes, it ultimately forms standard-compliant water or gas pipes.
