The PVC pipe production line is an automated machine designed for the production of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) hoses. Its core function is to simultaneously form four pipes using a single-screw extrusion process. This equipment features high extrusion capacity, precise positioning, and chemical corrosion resistance, making it suitable for large-scale production of PVC hoses in industrial, construction, and civil applications.

The production line utilizes single-screw extrusion technology. The rotating screw heats and melts the PVC raw material, then extrudes it uniformly into a die to form the pipe. Key components include a nitrided screw, a 30kW heating system, and a 15kW drive motor. Nitriding treatment improves the screw's wear resistance and corrosion resistance, extending the equipment's lifespan; the heating system ensures uniform melting of the raw material through segmented temperature control; and the motor provides stable power, ensuring the continuity of the extrusion process. The equipment achieves a positioning accuracy of 0.05mm, producing PVC hoses with extremely small outer diameter errors, meeting the needs of precision applications.
