The single wall corrugated pipe production line is a continuous plastic extrusion system that processes raw materials such as PP, PE, PVC, PA, and EVA. Through melting, shaping, and cooling, it produces flexible, single‑layer corrugated pipes with uniform corrugations and smooth inner/outer surfaces. The complete line consists of a high‑efficiency single‑screw extruder, extrusion die, corrugated forming machine, cooling system, automatic coiler, and an advanced control panel.

**1. High Extrusion Capacity**
Our extruders are designed for high‑speed, high‑efficiency operation. For example, the model SJ45/33 delivers a capacity of up to 80 kg/h, fully meeting the demands of mass production. The screw and barrel are made from 38CrMoAlA high‑grade alloy steel, nitrided and quenched (nitrided layer 0.4–0.7 mm), with screw hardness >740 and barrel hardness >940. The screw surface is chrome‑plated for excellent wear and corrosion resistance. A water‑cooled feeding bush ensures stable material plasticization.

The forming machine uses a gear‑driven, truck‑block working system. Moulds and tracks are manufactured with CNC precision from 40Cr forged material. The die surface is chrome‑plated for corrosion resistance and longevity. The track features a closed‑loop water cooling system, supplemented by both water and fan cooling, enabling forming speeds of 10–30 m/min. The resulting pipes show consistent corrugation, seamless joints, and smooth walls. Mould blocks can be designed as single‑hole or double‑hole types according to customer requirements, and we can also engrave custom logos onto the moulds.
**3. Intelligent Control and Easy Operation**
The control system incorporates world‑class electrical components: OMRON temperature controllers, SIEMENS contactors and relays, and ABB or Delta inverters. High‑precision temperature control, configurable alarm strategies, and real‑time production data display on the electrical panel ensure user‑friendly operation and reliable performance. The coiler, available in single‑ or double‑spindle versions, is equipped with a Delta inverter‑based automatic speed‑matching and ranking system, allowing smooth winding without operator intervention.

The line can process PE, PP, EVA, PVC, and also PA materials, producing flexible single wall corrugated pipes that are heat‑resistant, corrosion‑resistant, wear‑resistant, strong, and flexible. Typical applications include automotive wire harness protection tubes, electrical conduit, machine tool cable sleeves, lighting fixture conduit, air‑conditioning drain hoses, and washing machine water hoses.
