Regular Cleaning of Key Components: The extrusion screw and barrel are the primary targets for cleaning. After each shift, residual PVC material must be cleaned to prevent high-temperature carbonization from affecting the next production run.
Lubrication System Maintenance: High-speed rotating parts such as bearings and gearboxes require regular oil changes. Refer to the equipment manual; generally, gearbox lubricating oil should be changed every 500 hours of operation, and bearing grease should be checked quarterly.
Temperature and Pressure Monitoring: Barrel temperature control is a key maintenance focus. During daily operation, the temperature controller should be calibrated daily to ensure that the temperature deviation in each zone does not exceed ±5℃.
Electrical System Inspection: Regularly check motor wiring and circuit breaker status, and clean dust from the control cabinet's heat dissipation vents.
Mold and Auxiliary Machine Maintenance: Material easily accumulates in the mold's flow channels; it is recommended to check them once per shift. Auxiliary machines such as the traction machine and cutting machine require belt tension adjustment to ensure smooth operation.
