Mold and Forming System: Uniform Wall Thickness, Precise Dimensions. The forming mold adopts a multi-layer flow channel design. For the composite structure of PPR stable pipes, the die gap can be precisely adjusted according to the pipe diameter. The vacuum forming system combines a segmented forming sleeve with spray cooling to quickly form the outer wall of the pipe, avoiding bending or diameter reduction caused by uneven cooling.

 

Energy Consumption and Environmental Protection Design: Energy Saving and Green Production
The PPR pipe machine uses a variable frequency motor and an energy-saving heating device, reducing energy consumption by approximately 15% compared to traditional resistance heating. Some high-end equipment is also equipped with a waste heat recovery system, which converts the heat generated during the extrusion process into warm water for workshop cleaning or auxiliary heating, reducing energy waste.
