The PPR pipe machine adopts a slotted feed barrel and barrier screw design, equipped with a barrier-type two-stage mixing screw. Key components such as the screw and die head are specially designed according to the characteristics of PPR. The die and sizing system features a new type of secondary diversion die and a water film sizing sleeve to ensure low-temperature, low-pressure extrusion and high-speed production. The control system is PLC-programmed, with a user-friendly human-machine interface.

 

The control electrical components use variable frequency speed regulation, and major electrical components are imported brand-name products. Through the comprehensive application of these technologies, the entire production line has advantages such as high degree of automation, high output, stable quality, and small product error.

 

Hot-melt connection process: Although this is a technology in the installation stage, its reliability directly depends on the intrinsic quality of the pipe material. PPR pipes must possess excellent heat-fusion properties to ensure that the pipe and fittings can fuse together at a precise temperature of approximately 260℃, forming a seamless connection with strength exceeding that of the pipe itself. This requires high purity raw materials and a stable formula.

 

Antibacterial and Reinforcement Technology: To meet the demands of the high-end market, some production lines can produce antibacterial PPR pipes.
