The raw material mixing process involves adding PVC stabilizers, plasticizers, antioxidants, and other auxiliary materials in a specific ratio and according to the established process sequence into a high-speed mixer. The materials are heated to the set process temperature through self-friction with the machinery. Then, a cold mixer cools the materials to 40-50 degrees Celsius before they are fed into the extruder hopper.
The extrusion section is equipped with a metering device to match the extrusion rate with the feed rate, ensuring stable extrusion of the finished product. Due to the characteristics of the conical screw, the feeding section has a large diameter, resulting in a large heat transfer area and shear rate, which is beneficial for material plasticization. The metering section has a small screw diameter, reducing the heat transfer area and shear rate of the melt, allowing the melt to be extruded at a lower temperature.
The extrusion die section, after compaction, melting, and homogenization, pushes subsequent materials through the screw towards the die. The extrusion die is a crucial component in pipe forming.
The vacuum forming water tank is used for forming and cooling the pipes. It is equipped with a vacuum system and a water circulation system for forming and cooling. The stainless steel tank features circulating water spray cooling. The tank is also equipped with a forward/backward movement device and manual adjustment devices for left/right and height.
The traction system continuously and automatically guides the cooled and hardened pipes from the machine head using frequency conversion speed control.
Cutting is controlled by a limit switch according to the required length, and then automatically cuts and delays before the machine flips over, enabling continuous production. The cutting machine completes the entire cutting process using a fixed-length switch signal. During cutting, it remains synchronized with the pipe's movement. The cutting process is driven by electric and pneumatic power. The cutting machine is equipped with a dust extraction device to promptly remove and collect cutting debris.
The flipping mechanism is controlled by a cylinder through a pneumatic circuit. The flipping mechanism has a limit device. After the cutting saw cuts the pipe, the pipe continues to be conveyed. After a delay, the cylinder engages to flip the pipe, achieving unloading. After unloading, it automatically resets after a few seconds, awaiting the next cycle.
