PPR Pipe Making Machine

A PPR pipe production line is a highly automated, integrated system designed for the continuous manufacturing of high-quality polypropylene pipes. The entire line features precise design with all units working in coordination to ensure the output of pipes with accurate dimensions, stable performance, and full compliance with national standards.

1. Extrusion →PPR pellets are melted in the extruder and forced through a die to create the initial pipe shape.
2. Forming →The molten pipe enters a vacuum tank where its outer diameter is sized and it begins to cool.
3. Cooling →The pipe moves through cooling tanks to solidify completely and achieve its final dimensions.
4. Haul-Off →A synchronized caterpillar puller continuously draws the pipe through the line.
5. Cutting →An automatic saw cuts the pipe to the required lengths.
